For Vendors

We accept submissions from AI security vendors who want their product evaluated. This page documents how the process works. Our methodology is published at /methodology/ and our independence and disclosure policy at /disclosure/.

Lab Access Process

We test products in our lab when vendors agree to grant access (trial, sandbox, or production tenant).

Standard test scenarios are published at /methodology/.

Lab access is free; we do not charge for inclusion or favorable findings.

Lab-tested reviews carry the 🧪 LAB TESTED badge.

Demo-evaluated reviews carry the 📺 DEMO EVALUATED badge with ⏳ OUTREACH PENDING until vendors respond.

When a vendor declines, we note it publicly: ❌ VENDOR DECLINED LAB ACCESS.

Submitting a Tool for Review

We accept submissions of new AI security tools for editorial consideration. Submissions do not guarantee a review. Email editorial@aisecurityplatform.com with:
  • Company name and product name.
  • Primary category (AI DLP, Shadow AI Discovery, AI Red Teaming, LLM Security, AI Governance, etc.).
  • What differentiates the product from the closest two or three competitors.
  • Any public documentation links — product pages, methodology pages, security architecture, framework mappings.

How to Request Lab Access

Email lab@aisecurityplatform.com with the following details:

  • Company name and product name.
  • Contact information (one technical contact, one commercial contact).
  • Type of access available: trial, sandbox, or production tenant.
  • Whether you can support a 45-minute technical briefing call.
We respond within 5 business days. Lab cycles run continuously, scheduled in the order requests arrive and fitted to our update cadence for the relevant Best Of page.

Requesting a Correction

If we have published something inaccurate, we want to know. Email corrections@aisecurityplatform.com with the page URL and the specific inaccuracy. Corrections are noted in the page Changelog with the date and the nature of the change. We do not silently update.

What We Don’t Accept

  • Payment for inclusion in rankings.
  • Payment to influence ranking position.
  • Payment to remove negative content.
  • Payment for sponsored placement of any kind in editorial content.

Email press@aisecurityplatform.com. Include outlet, deadline, and the specific topic. We respond to press inquiries within 2 business days where the deadline allows.
