Submit a tool for review

We accept vendor submissions for review consideration. Submission does not guarantee coverage; we evaluate fit against our category scope & current review backlog. Send the following information to

  • Product name and primary URL.
  • One-paragraph description of the product.
  • Product category fit (AI DLP, shadow AI discovery, runtime defense, red-teaming, governance, other).
  • Year of GA release.
  • Number of paying enterprise customers (approximate is fine).
  • Pricing transparency: published, available on request, or strictly NDA-only.
  • Framework alignment claims (NIST AI RMF, OWASP, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
  • Briefing availability: name of product/technical lead willing to lead a 60-minute walkthrough.
  • Up to three customer reference contacts (we will reach out independently).

Vendor Briefing Process

If you operate a product in this category and want to be considered for coverage, the briefing process has four steps:

Submission

Send the information listed above to hello@aisecurityplatform.com.

Acknowledgement

We respond within five business days with one of three outcomes: scheduled briefing, queued for the next coverage refresh, or out-of-scope (with a reason).

Briefing

A 60-minute live walkthrough with a product or technical lead. We share our seven-dimension rubric in advance and use the time to fill gaps in the public-source review.

Reference calls

We request one to three customer references and conduct independent reference outreach. References are weighted; independent references count more than vendor-provided references.

What we don't accept

  • Paid placement, paid coverage, or paid ranking influence.
  • Free trials, free credits, or any other form of compensation in exchange for coverage.
  • Anonymous tip-offs against competitors.
  • Press releases as the basis for a review or update.

Response time expectations

We aim to respond to every email within five business days. Correction requests are prioritized. Vendor submissions are queued and acknowledged within the same window. Press inquiries with a deadline should mention it in the subject line; we will do our best.
